WillGelm Maintenance Solutions is a Roxby Downs South Australian based Mining Maintenance Services Company specialising in providing education and support for Underground Face and Longhole Drills in Australian Mines. WillGelm encompasses a team of highly qualified and skilled labourers, who have been put through a strict selection criteria resulting in the most reliable and experienced personnel on board to do the job with minimal amount of fuss in order to provide you with the superior quality services and maintenance your Underground Drills require.

WillGelm will minimise your downtime and maximize productivity by providing full-circle support to you that includes managing your drill servicing and repair projects. Our experts will inspect, fault find and devise suitable long and short term recommendations for your drills to have then running efficiently and reliably.

Marsha Gelmi

Seth Williams

A finance and business analyst professional, Marsha has over 15 years’ experience in the resources sector with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, performance analysis and reporting in complex and changing environments.

Marsha landed in the mining industry in Kalgoorlie in 2004 as a payroll officer at Kanowna Belle Gold Mine. Marsha has since worked as an Assistant Accountant, Mining Accountant and then Business Analyst in a Business Improvement team at Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines. After 5 years she was transferred to Perth with Barrick Gold as Maintenance Business Analyst and was in charge of Cost Management, responsible for implementing the global maintenance budgeting tool and budgeting process to Mobile and Processing Maintenance teams in Australian Pacific region.

Marsha’s experience with business improvement tools allows her to identify bottlenecks and gaps in business operations and develop process improvements that lead to cost savings and improved efficiency. She is highly skilled in interpreting and analyzing data, then presenting in a format which supports decision making and elevates understanding of business performance. Marsha is always keen to take on new challenges and enjoys working in a dynamic team environment consistently striving for excellence and delivering value to the business.

Seth has over 18 years experience in the mining industry, who started with Atlas Copco as a Drill Technician and then moved across to Perilya and Macmahon as a Mechanical Fitter and later as a Leading Hand working on all sorts of underground gear from drills, trucks and loaders to IT’S and charge baskets. He then moved ahead working as a Maintenance Supervisor where he gained experience in managing people, later becoming a Maintenance Superintendent at Redpath; eventually after a decline in the industry he was back on the tools rebuilding underground gear including Raisebores.

With works carried out in NSW, SA and WA across some of the big players in the mining industry, Seth has a broad experience of being part of complex jobs that includes running a 27 man maintenance department right through to being an oncall fitter for 24 hour coverage. Seth has notable experience and is proficient in servicing and fault finding on Atlas Copco drill rigs, and through his experience and contacts in the industry he can easily find and set up suppliers.

Within the mining industry, Seth is highly respected and valued for his dedicated work ethic. He prides himself in ensuring the job is done properly the first time to eliminate rework and increase quality and efficiency. He is always keen to lead and guide others to think about the job and problem solve effectively. Seth is very proactive in his thinking and does not ‘just’ service your equipment; he ensures any opportune maintenance is also carried out so reliable equipment is released back to the mining department.
